General Terms
ftk99 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of using the platform and form a legally binding agreement between the user and ftk99.
These terms and conditions apply to all users, whether they are registered members or simply browsing the platform. Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
ftk99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions are also considered part of these terms and conditions. These documents must be read together.

Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the services on ftk99, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Registering with false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
ftk99 may at any time request identity documents or other paperwork for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. ftk99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Management
Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and conditions and may result in the closure of all accounts.
- The account balance may only be used for gaming purposes.
- Funds in an account may not be transferred to another user.
- ftk99 may charge a maintenance fee on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period — separate notice will be given in this regard.

Deposits and Withdrawals
The terms for financial transactions on ftk99 are set out below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ftk99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through these methods.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- When making a deposit, please use the correct amount and the correct reference number.
- Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.
- Funds received from a suspicious source may be held pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account has been fully verified.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotions
ftk99 regularly offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer may have its own specific terms, but the general rules below always apply.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The current welcome bonus at ftk99 is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
- Once the bonus is activated, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time.
- If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
ftk99's VIP program has four tiers, each offering different benefits and weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. ftk99 reserves the right to modify or review VIP benefits at any time.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on bonus-eligible games.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- ftk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
- If a violation of the terms and conditions is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

Game Rules
All games available on ftk99 — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are operated by third-party software providers and are subject to their own rules.
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ftk99 is firmly committed to fair play. If any player attempts to exploit weaknesses in the software or system to gain an unfair advantage, their account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be declared void and bets will be returned. Abnormal wins resulting from an error are not considered valid.
6.3 Sports Betting
When placing bets on cricket and other sports, the specific rules of each market apply. If a match is abandoned or suspended, the settlement of the relevant bets will be handled in accordance with the rules.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ftk99. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Bonus abuse or coordinated betting intended to circumvent bonus terms.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Hacking, software manipulation, or introducing any malicious code into the platform.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Harassing platform staff or other users.
- Creating or using an account while under the age of 21.
- Professional sports participants placing bets on their own sport.

Intellectual Property and Content
All content published on the ftk99 website — logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and designs — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ftk99 or its licensors.
No user may copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission from ftk99. A limited licence is granted for personal and non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability
ftk99 will not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
- Any errors or damages caused by third-party servers or software.
- An account being hacked due to the user's own negligence or lack of security.
- A discrepancy between the user's expectations about a game outcome and the actual result.
- Services being discontinued due to changes in government regulations.
ftk99's maximum liability under any circumstances will not exceed the actual amount deposited in connection with the specific incident in question.

Account Closure and Suspension
ftk99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Conducting fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- A voluntary Self-Exclusion request made by the user.
Users can also request to close their account at any time. Self-exclusion is always available as part of responsible gaming.
